     Emphasis on inspections... Experts agree that initial surveys for indoor air quality problems should focus on inspections rather than testing. Most causes of IAQ problems are visible to the educated eye. Extensive (and expensive) testing isn't usually necessary.

     Less expensive tests where possible... There is often more than one way of effectively performing tests for a given contaminant when testing does need to be done. Where possible we use the less expensive testing methods.

     Unique methodology... Machado Environmental has a unique methodology for conducting indoor air quality investigations and the resolving of IAQ problems. This methodology greatly increases the likelihood of a positive resolution of the problem or reason for the investigation while enabling us to minimize expenses.
